部屋が広く調度品も拘りがあり、雰囲気が良いです。また、テラスのすぐ眼下には電車通りがあり電車が通っているところを見られます。
すみませんが、2点書かせて下さい。
①宿泊施設のビルの2階に同じ経営者がケンネル施設も運営されています。犬も人と同じ動線になるので、犬の毛、動物臭が気になる人は要注意だと思います。私は犬猫アレルギーなので事前に知っていたら、私は利用していませんでした。
②門限ルールがあるのに、何の説明もなく下手すると締め出されます。まず、建屋エントランスにあるシャッターが夜間は閉まるので、開錠番号を聞き出す必要があります。また、ホテルは路地裏にありますが、その路地裏の入口にも門扉があり深夜に帰ってきた時に施錠されていて、宿泊施設まで辿り着く事が出来ませんでした。このロックは物理鍵なので鍵がないと正攻法では入れません。何の説明もなくハノイの深夜街中で路頭に彷徨うハメになりそうになり、非常に怖い思いをしました。
以上、犬アレルギーではなく、夜間出掛けないのであれば、問題はないと思います。

J'ai vraiment apprécié cette appartement si je pouvais donner 6 étoiles je les donnerai les yeux fermés ! De grande pièce lumineuse un très bon confort, très très propre ! Et une salle de bain flamboyant neuve et un super emplacements sa fait 2 ans que je viens au vietnam pour 5 semaines mais celui là dépasse vraiment toutes me location franchement si seulement ont pourrait trouvé d'autres comme cela !!!

La chambre était très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La décoration ainsi les meubles apporte un sentiment de bien être. On se sent comme à la maison. L’emplacement est parfait et tout en étant aux pieds de la rue du train la rue dans laquelle est situé l’établissement est très calme. Si vous recherche un lieu où passer vos nuits à Hanoi je ne peux que vous encourager à vous y arrêter.
L’accès à l’établissement qui peut être déroutant a l’arrivée mais qui ne saurais pas gâcher le sentiment générale.

Apartment was lovely, very modern and spacious.
From our apartment on the 6th floor we had the most perfect view of the trainstreet. It is literally right next to it.
We found it a bit sad that you never get to talk to the host or the staff in person. Only communication is through WhatsApp. No staff on site. Check in and check out completely by yourself.
