The room was clean, spacious and comfortable bed. The only "bad" observation is the limited parking, we got lucky because a guest was leaving at the moment we arrived.
Very close to harbor area and it has a view of the morro rock.
If you plan to check in late, call them. My husband and I forgot to do it and almost lost the room. After 10:30pm there is no help in the front desk.

It was clean. Unfortunately the blinds were not in great condition so it allowed for too much light to come through and the shower kept leaking and it was loud at night.

The location was very good and just couple of mins walk to the morrobay deck. Room was clean, spacious, excellent bay view from the window. Only concern was, the mini fridge was not working and the coffee maker was not clean. I dint complain about that to the staff as I dint really use them. I definitely recommend this place.
