Very clean. Last remodel seems 10-plus years ago. I was taken aback when I discovered that one must pay $3 for beverage ice!
Breakfast was fair: micro-wavable cheesy omelets, waffle iron, cereal and yogurt.
Staff was very nice.

Overnight stay was good. Room was quiet and allowed good rest before traveling on.

Check in was very quick. We could not figure out how the TV worked and the manager fixed it for us. The breakfast was good and filling. It was convenient to park right in front of our room. We stayed at Trade Winds both coming and going on our trip to Altoona, Iowa.
