Beautiful property…needs a little renovation to it, staff was very nice but seemed to be short on workers. So service sometimes could get slow. Food and drinks were kind of hit or miss. The upkeep of the pools in particular seemed lacking compared to others we have been to. The rooms are nice and a good size. The room service was outstanding on service. The entertainment team & butlers did an outstanding job. Housekeeping was wonderful as well. If you are a workout person like I am the weight room is not going to be for you. Very small & not much equipment. Probably the worst I have seen out of all the inclusive resorts we have been to. We have been to one other Secrets properties ,the Secrets Playa Blanca and there is no comparison. It is an amazing property .If you are picking between the two. Overall, I would give the resort a like a 6.8 out of 10. A very solid resort. We made the most of our 6 days and had a great time.

Loved almost everything about this resort!! The staff were top notch in our opinion and the property was gorgeous. Lots of food and drink options and the shows were fun. We loved the club at night too! Our only complaint was the fitness center. It’s way too small for an adult only resort. They should look at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana property for what a fitness facility at this level should be like. It was too small and not nearly enough equipment.

Our stay at Impressions Moxché in Playa del Carmen was absolutely unforgettable! We traveled with friends, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is stunning, with beautiful architecture, incredible pools, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing.
Our room was gorgeous—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort you could ask for. Waking up each morning and coming back after a day in the sun felt like a true luxury.
The highlight of the trip was the amazing time we had together. Whether we were enjoying the pools, dining at the incredible restaurants, or simply relaxing with drinks and great conversation, every day created memories we’ll never forget. The food and service throughout the resort were exceptional, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
If you’re looking for a luxury getaway in Playa del Carmen, I can’t recommend Impressions Moxché enough. It was the perfect mix of elegance, fun, and relaxation, and we are already talking about planning our next trip back!
