The amenities, the room, staff, food were excellent.
The beach, and the excursions were not as good we thought. We bought two excursions, one for Tulum and one for Chichen Itza and for both we got poor shuttles, very uncomfortable and we paid too much for these. The excursions are expensive, badly organized and they should be by the hotel itself with higher quality. They gave us poor junk food in the shuttle and we had not enough room for our legs, in small seats. Really bad.

The staff was nice and courteous! They also were always making sure we had everything we needed and wanted us to feel comfortable! The views were also amazing and there was so much to do there! The food was amazing too!

Location and outdoor facilities were amazing
The room that we booked was tropical and instead we looked at the parking lot under construction so we didn’t spend any time drinking our morning coffee on the balcony and even though we communicated to staff that our room was not what we booked they didn’t do anything about it.
