Clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet is a must try.

Very friendly staff at all times, good breakfast w many Korean options, pool etc. Wished mats would had been vacuumed better. Great amenities and close to Lotte World mall, lotte world and Jamsil station. Free parking during the stay. Kids lounge with fun for the younger kids. Convenient store and Starbucks next to the hotel.
