First I saw UH hotel online with big spa tub in the room, I only wanted to book UH but it was fully booked. I was disappointed and couldn’t find any hotels that have special design with big bath tub.
After a week searching, I search again. Suddenly uh hotel is available! I have no doubt and book it immediately. 2 kids are so happy to soak 🛁 in bath for an hour everyday! They wish to bath in the morning too! It helped us relaxed and slept well at night after bath.
Location is good, in a quiet street full of cafes, Korean barbecue restaurants, 7-11 next door.
WhatsApp communication with staff is quick.
Take uber to Lotte World/ Lotte Mall is very quick within 20 mins. Walking distance to Starfield Library which is amazing!!

Only one comment is when we first arrive the hotel, the reception feeling is bit cold and speak too fast. Hope you can put on more smiling faces :) Overall, it’s very good!

La camera è carina, moderna, comoda e di design. La posizione è buona, in un quartiere piuttosto ricco con un bel parco molto vicino. I letti sono di dimensioni accettabili e 4 persone ci dormono comode.
La camera è più piccola di quanto sembri nele foto, la vasca è una semplice vasca e non una Jacuzzi. I materiali sono passabili, ma non di altissima qualità. La pulizia quotidiana non è prevista, passano solo a portare acqua, asciugamani puliti e svuotare i cestini. Al quarto giorno è prevista una pulizia "completa" che prevede cioè anche il cambio delle lenzuola. Ritengo che almeno la pulizia del bagno debba essere quotidiana. Un letto era comodo, il secondo assolutamente no, come è possibile?

The temperature for shower can be very unpredictable and unstable. One moment it’s very hot. And the next, it becomes super cold. Doesn’t help when it’s deep winter. Water flow for the shower drainage can also improve as water seems to be blocked and takes long time to flow through.
There should be more hanging points to facilitate comfort for longer term stay.
Bed does not come with bolster or extra pillow. Double bed can also be uncomfortable compared to king bed
