The location is impeccable. Across the road from Coex connects you to 2 different subway lines.
The breakfast buffet did not match the standards of the rest of the hotel. The options were limited and some of the food was cold.

We used the breakfast buffet every morning. There was a good variety of food. Liked being able to get a freshly made omelet. Very good service keeping tables cleared. Also liked that there was a laundry room. We used that.
I think a decal with the hotel name would be good to have on the glass sliding doors (front entrance)

It was a great location for the conference at COEX and the staff were pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice to get complimentary bottled water daily too.
The road traffic noise was terrible. It made sleeping every night extremely challenging. Despite ear plugs and using pillows, I struggled due to construction outside the hotel. I am not sure how long it has been going or will be going but I had a room on the 6th floor facing the main street. When I tried to move rooms as I couldn't sleep, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I also asked if they had alternative pillows (like latex) but nothing available either. For the price per night, I would have expected some better options and less noise. I stayed for 6 nights so I find it hard that they couldn't find another alternative for the entire duration.
