First of all, the staff were very polite and provided a great service. The location was convenient for my stay. The room was a decent size with clean and comfortable bed. As a person who prioritizes quiet room, it was pretty quiet during night time, so a bonus point here for a calm stay.
Not a complain, mind you that since the hotel was in the city, it's just surrounded by buildings.

The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Gangnam and within easy walking distance of many popular spots. I especially enjoyed taking a peaceful morning stroll around the neighborhood near Choonghyun Church, which was a lovely way to experience the local atmosphere.
I wish I had a better view from the room. It would have been especially nice to have a room facing the church, as the view of the neighborhood would have added to the experience. The café on the first floor, Sorimsa Yeoksam, was a bit disappointing. It may have been because I visited early in the morning, but there wasn’t much fresh bread available. The bread I tried was served cold and seemed as though it had been refrigerated, which made it feel less fresh than I expected. Just to clarify, the café is not part of Shilla Stay Yeoksam, so this feedback is separate from the hotel itself. But the buffet at the Shilla Stay was very good!!

Room was kept very clean.
Could have done with more cupboard space, storage space was adequate for a short stay but as we were there for two weeks we could have done with a bit more storage.
Only used the restaurant once for breakfast and found we should have got there earlier, sausages and scrambled egg both empty and required to wait. You may say just bad timing but every thing else fully stocked.
Don't know if the scrambled egg was ever re-stocked just had extra bacon.
