Bring your own toothbrush

Staff were polite and helpful

-No toothbrush and toothpaste provided, saying they are committed to reduce waste but to me it’s not an excuse to not provide basic amenities as a decent hotel. (They provide cotton pads and hair cap on the other hand) If you need a toothbrush you can buy expensive ones from their vending machine. -Cleaning was not thoroughly done, found hair not belong to us in the room on the day we checked in -close to metro station but far from busy shopping/ dining area in Gangnam

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt nah an der praktischen Subwaylinie 2 und ist gut erreichbar und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Ein schöner Park befindet unmittelbar um die Ecke. Der Parkblick aus unserem Fenster und der Weitblick auf Seoul war toll. Das Hotel liegt in den oberen Geschossen eines Hochhauses (9 bis etwa 28). Ein Doorman ist immer vor Ort im Erdgeschoss und begrüßt alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Hotel ist modern und bietet was man so braucht - auch einen Covenience Store im Untergeschoss. Das COEX ums Eck bietet Geschäfte und einen großen Food Court mit toller Auswahl. Sehr sauber war es auch.

Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir guten Kaffee gewünscht, der schmeckte mir an allen 5 Tagen nicht so. Getreideflocken statt süße Flakes u.ä. und etwas mehr Obstauswahl wären gut gewesen für ein gesundes Müsli, das man aber wohl insgesamt ehr selten findet. Die Eierstation (frisches Omelette & Co.)hat mir gut gefallen.

Ich würde jedes Mal wiederkommen!

Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich, das Bett super bequem und alles sehr sauber! Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr komfortabel! Alle waren sehr freundlich!

Good room size, nice sheets. Great view.

Breakfast is modest. Always the same, no fruits. For that price it should be great! There was a smell from shower pipes that was very unpleasant!

Only 3 elevators with 27 floors. Waiting for the elevator can sometimes be frustrating.

Parking place is too small.

I reserved a twin beds but the staff at the reception desk required additional fare for it.

Fantastic location but needs some more detailed customer service.

Cleanness and location

Before I booked this hotel, I ensured it had a Laundry room. It does, but only two of the washers and drivers. It took forever to finish just one load. Besides, I had to find an ATM to withdraw some cash and change it into small bills (1,000 won) or coins. If they had posted this in detail, it would have been much appreciated.

Close to the subway, staff spoke English well and were very helpful, they helped us book taxis to the airport. Great views of Gangnam and nice clean rooms! The gym was nice too. I like the restaurant and bar as well! The hotel also had reliable ATM machines at the reception level which was very handy. There’s a yummy Korean restaurant and 7 eleven at the basement of the hotel itself! Loved my stay here, I’d love to come back!

it was fantastic

The location was fantastic. Close to subway station. The staff is always helpful to call cab when necessary. They were always polite and helpful. Love dead in basement one they had 7-Eleven convenience store for any thing from snacks to water or ancillary things.

Food and training center were ok.

Rooms were poorly sound isolated. Lots of noise from the street and neighbouring rooms. Beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Roomstandard was quite low given the price. Staff was polite but very little social.

Disappointing, at best.

The hotel staff at the front desk are very attentive and helped us make reservations and call taxis. The location is great if you plan on staying around Gangnam. But commuting to more touristic zones takes time.

Despite the high cost, this is a budget hotel. The installations are small, simple, and need remodeling - or painting, at least. Breakfast is frugal, with few fruits and only artificial juices. At 9 am, food was cold and running low. We didn't see any replenishment. The bedroom wasn't clean when we checked in: there was a used towel in the bathroom, and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. After requesting a cleaning, they only took off the dirty towel. We could still see dirt on the carpet. Overall, the cost-benefit was not worth it.

Superior hotel with great staff

Staff was wonderful! They were friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English so that made things very easy for us. Our room was big enough, clean and comfy.

Hotel was near a train station but it was quite far from the usual touristy places. It's in Gangnam but it's 20mins away from the Gangnam station by cab or train.

Exceptional

Great location if you are looking to stay in the Gangnam area. Close to metro line, bus line and walking a block across Teheran-ro from L7 are plenty of restaurants. KAL limo bus from Incheon drops you right outside the hotel. Room was spacious, very clean, modern decor with thoughtful amenities such as a multi-cord charger and Malin+Goetz toiletries. Will definitely stay at L7 again!
