Everyone spoke English and were willing to teach us Korean. They were super helpful in whatever we asked. They made my daughter feel extra special for her graduation.
Nothing....everything was great. Oh the restaurant should stay open later. We have an 11 hr difference in time from NYC and we ate late becasue we were jetlagged.

Great entrance and lobby area. Very grand (almost Trumpian!)
They charge extra to use the outdoor pool and sauna. Indoor pool is included

The air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud , i couldn’t sleep properly for 3 days, and we told the staff about the AC problem 3 times and they didnt take care of the problem .
