狎鴎亭とシンサ駅にアクセス便利

狎鴎亭駅とシンサ駅両方が利用できるロケーションです。駅からは10分ほど歩きますが大通りに沿って歩くのでわかりやすい立地です。コンビニもありすこしあるけば24時間営業のレストランもあります。

狎鴎亭周辺は道がでこぼこしていて坂道が多いので、足が悪い方はすこし負担になるかもしれません。部屋は脱衣場がありませんのでシャワー浴びるときや着替えるとき親しい間柄でないとちょっと恥ずかしいです。

Очень отзывчивый персонал, хорошая локация. Это не туристическое место, нужно учитывать специфику района. Рядом масса магазинов и кафе-ресторанов на любой кошелек. Уборка каждый день. Ежедневная замена зубных щеток и тапочек.

Уборка хоть и ежедневная, но странная - пыль не вытирается, халаты потрепанные, постельное белье с дырочками. Завтраки заканчиваются рано, поэтому не брали из-за джетлага.

Great hotel to stay for a short stay in a convenient location.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds for Korean hotels. I will definitely stay there again.

The elevators seemed to be very slow. But I guess that would normal during high traffic times.

I highly recommend this hotel and it was good to see familiar faces my second time back.

Sheraton Four Points Gangnam has friendly and helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Ideal location that is well priced. Breakfast buffet is over the top. It’s an ideal stay when I am in Korea.

Expected more for a four star hotel

The location was very convenient

Ran out of towels during our last day of stay Front desk was not really approachable Did not confirm each guests room, which caused some mixed up within the family group where we had to swap our rooms after realising the rooms were distributed wrong

Comfortable stay, near to Sinsa and Apgujeong, will stay again

Buffet breakfast had a good selection, but the western dishes are flavoured to a more korean palate, so might not taste how it "should be" if you're from a western country. Location is great, a few 24 hour food places nearby and walking distance to Apgujeong, Sinsa, etc. Clean room and fitness centre, helpful staff. Room has amenities provided.

This is more of an issue across most Korean hotels and not just this hotel, but the room temp is set and locked. Went during the peak of summer and my room was set to 27 degrees, even though I tried to set it to 18 degrees. The lobby AC was far cooler.

Unsatisfactory

Very comfy mattress and pillows.

Reception staff was not friendly and impolite during check-in. The shower was sort of broken/dated - unable to switch from handheld shower to rain shower at first and made extremely loud noises when trying to switch..Hotel sent maintenance staff to fix after issue was reported but still not 100% fixed. We booked two double rooms on the same level. One room did not even have one chair to sit on while the other room had one chair. The time of the digital clocks in both rooms were inaccurately set. We had elderly who did not use mobile much and relied on the clock so the inaccurate clock caused inconvenience to them.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable, great location and easy to find. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The pillows were a little on the flat side.

Limited room service. Breakfast closed too early - 10am. Also the elevators took ages to arrive and were way too crowded, often full.

Superb

Clean, great house cleaning, polite and helpful reception. Close to busy strips in gangnam.

Abit far from the surrounding train stations. About 15 mins walk.
