Basic stay in a basic hotel

- Good location if you want a quiet area yet with plenty of shops, some restaurants/bars, groceries stores. Not too far from Gangnam and close to many clinics. - The staff is welcoming and helpful. You have a laundry and gym, which is very convenient. - you have everything you need in the room

- Housekeeping is bad. Either they are in a hurry or have been advised to do the bare minimum (see picture, right after “cleaning” - also lots of stains, no vacuuming, holes in bedsheets). I use to travel often, from very cheap places to luxury hotels. For a hotel of this range and this price, this is not acceptable. I wouldn’t say it’s dirty, but that’s one of the first time in my life I don’t feel comfortable in my own room. Especially I mentioned it respectfully in the beginning of my stay and there was 0 improvement. - Some members of the staff don’t speak English at all, which is strange in the heart of Seoul in this kind of hotel. - No room service

Very enjoyable stay in centric area of Seoul

The property is well located in the area of Gangnam. Several cafes, 7 Elevens and restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and reasonably spacious. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return to this hotel for future visita to Seoul.

Not a negative but just for awareness: - The hotel has one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel - No iron and board are available in rooms. Hair dryer is available though.

Just a place to sleep in.

The location of the stay is convenient for getting out of Seoul quickly. There are plenty of really good restaurants around the stay. Metro stations is relatively close and there are some rather intricate neighborhoods around, small bars and such.

The room was much smaller than I expected. This is probably my fault, I was expecting something larger. It is clean, but shabby altogether. The staff, although very polite, struggled a lot with speaking English, or any other language for that matter. The biggest disappointment was the roof top (the reason I booked the place), it was shut down...oh and the coffee was also shut down...Essentially, I was getting a room and an overpriced breakfast buffet with a meager choice of dishes. Coffee was good though.

Pleasant and functional

Clean and functioning. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. They accommodated most of my requests in a professional manner. Located some distance from the metro station but there's a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The room was rather small and was too crowded for two people. It's also, like others have commented, very noisy on the street-facing side. Cars were running on the main road throughout the night and at times you'd thought there were about a hundred ferraris racing each other. It takes a bit of a walk from the metro station but there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. Oh and the funky disco-esque shower lights just cheapen the whole place, in my opinion.

バス停が目の前にあり、仁川空港行きのバス停までも徒歩5.6分のところにありバスの利便が良かったです。また部屋も清潔感ありました。スタッフの方は日本語話せない感じでしたが親切な対応してくれました！

電車の駅となると遠いです。

Disappointing

Centrally located

The room was full of scuff marks, carpet was thread bare and it was so dusty I kept sneezing throughout my stay. I was glad it was just for one night.

Great Place - Bicycle friendly

The staff were fantastic. So helpful. We are cycle touring and they looked after us so well. Room was exceptionally clean, great to have nespresso and water each day.

Only issue was wifi was not great.

Superb

Great location, close to public transport and modern looking hotel. First time visiting Seoul so I can't compare to other hotels there, but the room and hotel has all the amenities you need, including one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The restaurant on the top floor has great views.

The room I got was opposite to the street so it didn't have great views, but I'm sure the ones on the street side have great views.

Rooms are tiny! Walking through a part of the bathroom to get to the bedroom was also not great.

Good

We liked the room, landscaping, design and Olin from the staff who tried to help and found us a good restaurant!

But also was a guy without english who misinformed us and we were so hungry and spent a lot of time to fond a new place. he didn’t help and we lost a lot of time.
