The hotel in the best location. The breakfast provides a variety of high-quality cuisines. The staff are friendly, efficient, young, happy, and full of energy.
The hotel provides a gluten-free option. The room service food is so tasty. The chef did an excellent job. Big credit to the kitchen team.

Hotel is very convenient, directly connected to Abgujeong station . Clean big room . Stuff was very friendly, especially the porter man ( I don’t remember his name but he is not Korean, maybe from Middle East or Kazakhstan? Sorry ). I stayed here 3 times, and he remembered me. He is exceptional.

The breakfast selection is great. The room is great.
The check in procedure takes super long. Even after 4 pm, not all of our room are ready. When we came back at night to pick up our room keys, the duty manager is not aware we still don't have the room keys, and they also have no idea that which room keys were given, which were not. At this price point, this is not acceptable.
