Exceptional

The location, the quietness of it

It just has one washing machine and one dryer, it’s kinda difficult to do laundry

It was great.

The room was awesome and very clean. The shower was incredible. Staff were very accommodating and understanding. They also helped get us a taxi very early on the day we checked out.

We were under the impression that there was a balcony and pool and were told that it would only open in summer. It was really hot and would have been nice to sit by the pool.

Pleasant

The bed is comfortable.

The room is not very clean and the floor felt little sticky. The layout makes the room feels smaller than it is. The bathtub design is weird and water leaks out easily. Amenities are very minimal.

Questionable cleanliness and subpar cleaning.

The bed was comfortable.

There were a lot of hair strands on the floor, bathtub and on the new soapbar when i checked in. It was absolutely disgusting like it wasn't cleaned. Fortunately they changed the room to a much cleaner room. There is no fridge in the room which is absurd. It is impossible to put anything into the communal fridge that is bursting full. The female receptionists were not very helpful and sulky. The male receptionists on the other hand were very helpful. Overall, unlikely to return to stay.

the patio penthouse suite was large and very comfortable and very well decorated. the large terrasse rooftop is a real plus

Good location but room could've been better tended to.

The location & room size were good

The drain in the bath didn't drain so flooded the floor There was no coffee in the room Not enough plugs by the bed Windows were not clean Not all the staff spoke English

Not good

Location was good but they don’t offer breakfast and all the time I could not sleep because toilet smell ! You feel like trapped in a stinky tube

Nice design and location, but no great maintenance

The location of the hotel is convenient if you want to stay in Gangnam area. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around, and close to different transportations to get to other areas in the neighbourhood and around the city. The room was clean and bright. The room was cleaned every day and bathrobe is provided. Amenities and water is provided every day. The bed was huge.

Because of the location in a main road, the room is quite noisy. The noise of the car's is quite loud and you can hear people in the street during the weekend. There was very few space to use as wardrope, and few shelves. The design of the room is nice but facilities are quite old, some maintenance would be required. The washing room was free but very messy. In my opinion, value for money is not great.

Good value for money

- Good location, within walking distance (with not too steep hills) to both Hakdong and Apgujeong station - Good value for money, the room has basically everything you might need; comfy beds and functional bathroom - Staff were super nice and helpful

- There was only 1 power socket in the room and it’s located by the table, doesn’t make much sense if you ask me - There’s no light in the hallway, we could have used the bathroom door as full body mirror but without the light, we can’t really use that one and had to squeeze by the sink to get out make-up done

Poor

The room was dusty (along charging points, the kettle, etc.) and was poorly ventilated. Upon our arrival, there was a damp / musky odour, and the mini fridge where our water was stored was damp and had mould. Bedsheets were poorly maintained and torn in places. On our last day, we asked for help with getting a taxi, and the receptionist sighed (though he did help us with our request).

I paid for a room with the possibility To swim, but if the swimmingpool Is closed? This is not done! They have to uniform the public before people make there reservation! They have to give people a financiel Compensation!

Great room for two occupants and location was great too!

Pool was dirty that we were not able to use it. Laundry bags were also not provided.

We liked the concept and the look of the room, and the location was pretty good as well!

Comfortable and cozy and clean!

This hotel was very clean and bright! The location was great, with many restaurants nearby. The bathtub was lovely! The bed was nice and comfortable. The lobby had a wine shop with an excellent selection. I would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing I didn't like. Check in was at 3 and check out was at noon. It was a lovely place to stay.
