Location
Very small rooms, periodically we had a smell coming to the room. Staff did try to help but it took few interventions to get rid of smell

The hotel was very close to the COEX exhibition centre. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. There was a cleaning schedule everyday.

Just the Location
Not a value for money at all, no conceirge to handle luggages. GYM is a joke (2 trade mills and cable, that’s it), staff manipulate you for a positive review, she asked for the review upon check-in in order to let us check-in at 2:15 P.M. or you have to pay for early check-in !!
Room is tiny not for two people with bags, wardrobe is a joke with no shelves, it’s might be enough for one person.
You can’t get an iron in the room, but you can use it in laundry room..
