Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home.

The building could do with a refurb. However our room although tired was clean. There was no lift to use but the staff were more than happy to carry our bags upstairs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

Spent one night in the hotel and it was perfect for our needs.
Our room was large enough and perfectly clean. It is a little dated, but nothing to get upset about. A little annoying that the windows can only be opened a very small way, so it may be hot in the middle of summer.
Staff were super friendly. Solid wifi throughout. Ample off street parking available.
Breakfast was fine and the onsite Marco Pierre restaurant was very nice too.
