Was a very busy weekend when I stayed and they probably could have used a few extra staff members in the bar/restaurant... service was quite slow at times. Not knocking the staff that were working, they did great and were very helpful, there just could have been more of them.

Great hotel. Very central and great value considering its location. Room was perfect. Modern, clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night and didn’t try the bar or restaurant. However, we saw plenty of smiling guests enjoying both. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Killarney.

Everything in the hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. Only a short walk to the town centre, but quiet at night.
