We missed the breakfast; didn't try the hot tub. The location is convenient--lots of bars/venues to walk to!

This property is located in the middle of town. Nice for walking and restaurants. BUT - there is no parking unless you want to park 1 block away for $12 or pay with app on street or pay $32 for valet. Check in is hard to navigate since it’s on the 2nd floor and have to be let in by intercom. Very inconvenient.

Good location for downtown Colorado Springs, walkable to shopping and dining. Valet parking is pricey but we had no trouble finding street parking. Spacious room, nicely equipped. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with good shower. Included breakfast buffet is just ok, limited offerings, no yogurt. Staff were friendly and helpful, would stay here again.
