Close to CBX. Very convenient. Allowed us to sleep in a few hours later than having to make the drive in from the desert. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Front office staff gave conflicting information. I was supposed to pay upon check in and they ran by credit card on file prior to check in (twice once for each room we booked). My credit card company thought it was a duplicate charge so they declined the second transaction. The hotel staff attempted to contact me, but did not leave a voicemail. They called the second person on my reservation and stated my room would be cancelled because of the credit card issue and they needed to know if we were coming because they were fully booked. A little frustrating and not typical of the MANY reservations I have made over the past few years.
