Loved the room we had with a private hot tub. Fantastic views of the caldera, staff were very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The view and amenities were incredible, the breakfast was great and made each morning memorable. The staff were amazing and very helpful planning transportation. They even offered us late check out for no charge and held our luggage and let us relax on the property balcony until we headed to airport. View is breathtaking, the room was huge and clean. Best experience I’ve had at a hotel

This place is great. We had a room with a deck/view of the ocean. Stunning sunsets. This property is well located bc it is near Fira, but not in Fira (which can be busy). Great staff—always right there if we needed something.
