This was a pleasant surprise, first time at Citybox, and everything was simple and straight forward. Great communication on all steps of the process, booking to check out. All self serve process, couldn’t have been easier. Able to store luggage after check out, and cafe adjoined to the place. It was great!

No frills hotel but very clean and comfortable. Had nice bedding and black out curtains and great hot water pressure!
