This is definitely a top tier hotel with very fine dining. We enjoyed our interactions with the staff, especially in the marvelously appointed bar/library, and loved our spacious rooms.

The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast could have had a few more choices. The staff did a turndown every night and left water and chocolates. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location.
Very friendly/helpful reception staff.
We booked a superior room and were disappointed. Couldn’t see anything superior about it! It was perfectly clean and had everything you needed. But looked and felt soulless and like something out of the 1970s decor wise.
Breakfast buffet looked good but the restaurant made no effort to welcome you not ask if you wanted anything else (eg fried or poached eggs). It was hard to get anyone’s attention.
The young lady in the bar each evening was wonderful.

Great hôtel and hôtel location with lots of restaurants near by. I really felt the vibe of the city and it is so pleasant to do everyone by walking. The personnel was very kind. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food.
