The Grey and its staff were great: incredibly helpful and so nice. When/if we go back to Cape Town, we will stay there again, and will also recommend to all our friends.

Have stayed here numerous times and I have always been pleased with the unique design of facility, the convenient location, and the top notch friendly and efficient service levels. I look forward to my next stay.
