The hotel is in a relatively quite area. It has very few shops arounds and a beach within walking distance. But accessing the night life areas requires a vehicle.
The room was clean, very spacious, quiet and in good condition.
The hotel staff was helpful and courteous.

A well maintained budget property but the location is less than ideal. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk on an incline road (not steep) with no sidewalks, a bit dangerous. The reception is only open 8-8 and breakfast food only/sandwiches until noon. You have to walk into town to get food and snacks, about 10 minute walk. Mr Eung restaurant is across the road but you have to book a table to ensure you can get dinner there. I wanted to like this hotel based on the great reviews and I realize it’s a budget price but I didn’t fully realize the location issues. We moved to another budget hotel directly on the beach with a restaurant open all day/evening.

Stayed from the 3rd - 5th of Feb 2026 - duplex room - very clean and comfortable - accommodating front desk - everything you need for a place to stay !
Pool is nice and clean - a good place to relax.

Friendly staff, comfortable location within walking distance from everything you need. Many electric outlets near the bed and desk. Good WiFi.
