The hotel is very clean the staff is amazing, we love Lorena and Marisol.
5 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Armas and restaurantes and beautiful churches.
The only bad thing was the breakfast, super limited.

The hotel is clean and modern and close to shops and restaurants. Im not a fan of hot tubs so I didn't use it.

Our hosts were unbelievable. Lorena and Gerardo did so much to make our stay memorable. Thanks to them we will remember our visit to Queretaro
