The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality.
The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!

The staff were very friendly and polite and the chef is good. The hotel is in a good location for walking and driving around Jersey. It's on a fairly busy road but heavy blinds and curtains kept our room quiet. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it must be nice in hot weather. The bedrooms could benefit from updating. There was evidence of carpets being replaced which is well overdue in some parts of the hotel. We had ivy growing through our window frame. The WiFi signal in our room was very weak. The hotel is a maze of corridors. The huge number of steps everywhere would make it unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
