Great location, large room, check in was a bit complicated but other then that we had a great stay

The Hotel is comfortable and in a good location. A few minutes walk gets you to the beach, local eats around the corner, a market and a pharmacy nearby. There is no Parking…it says there is parking, but the street parking in front of the hotel is not long term. The problem with this Hotel is that there is no one at the facility and contact to customer service is through wassap and Ai…checking in was a pain, you have to do all of it online (they should provide a temp code to get into the hotel) and to make matters worse, they had a system glitch where everyone was locked out of the Hotel and the rooms. I get they are trying to go full tech; but when stuff goes wrong you have to have someone available. The cleaning crew could not help because they are forbidden and everything is being recorded. This is a Hotel being ran like an Air B n B

The check in process was a bit complicated since no one are physically in the reception, and we needed to text them to actually receive information on how to checkin… also it said that parking was included but in fact it cost 25euro per night
