Staff was incredible, we left for the airport at 6 am and they had breakfast for our group of four travelers ready for takeout before our departure to the airport.

We loved our stay here. Very hospitable and friendly staff. Great service. And very clean. Love the bidets.
One minor comment is that wished the fitness area was 24/7.

This was the best stay we have ever had a hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Francesco. We cannot speak highly enough of this hotel! And we are already looking forward to our return. The room was pure luxury.
