Excellent stay at Eurostars Tower. The rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and offers beautiful views of Madrid. My only slight disappointment was that the spa and swimming pool required an additional fee and were not as impressive as I had expected. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would gladly stay here again.

My unplanned travel to Madrid was for a family medical emergency. I do not speak Spanish, most unfortunately. Roberta and the Front Desk staff were unfailingly wonderful and helpful. Lobby staff arranged taxi, etc. Excellent.
The breakfast is expensive but has an amazing range of choices. The view from the 30th floor is awesome! It was not clear to me that the restaurant was NOT open for dinner. Room service is an option, as is eating in the lobby bar. There is also an outdoor food court in the mall directly behind the hotel for more casual dinner fare. (It is primarily a lunch destination.) As my time was spent exclusively at the hospital, I did not see any other city attractions. However, my room on the 22nd floor gave me the most delightful nighttime lit views! The room was great in all respects.
