Very Good Location

I enjoyed my five nights stay, the room was very very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to downtown and to the airport. The staff were very kind and friendly. I will book this hotel again without hesitation when I am in Madrid. Mr Samir Habibi from Morocco 🇲🇦

i would not want to stay again here. Rather take a cab and drive 10 min to a better rated hotel

Lo reservé por vercanía a estación.

La ubicación excelente pues estaba en tránsito

El aspecto no se corresponde a un 4 estrellas. La puerta del baño muy deteriorada , incluso rota en la parte inferior, puede que por humedad. La mampara excasa , se salía el agua. Calidad de material normal/ básico La tele pequeña.

Perfecto hotel para llegar con ave

Estar cerc de la estación de ave para volvernos temprano y no tener que buscar transporte a las 6 de la mañana. Tener debajo el metro de Madrid para acercarte al centro.

RESERVA ENGAÑOSA!!!!

La ubicación y el desayuno

Lo primero, que lo que yo reserve no es lo que me dieron para nada. Hacia un calor horrible y la reserva era una habitación de una cama de 150, (me dieron de dos camas individuales ) , y aire acondicionado( y había calefacción ) . Además me dijeron que la habitación solo era con calefacción. Muy decepcionados. Nos molesta mucho que nos tomen el pelo, y en esta reserva lo han hecho.

Justo lo necesario

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado para aquellos que viajan desde la estación Chamartín, se llega desde el aeropuerto muy fácil el tren C10 , cuenta con un desayuno muy rico y variado.

Hotel limpio y cómodo muy bien ubicado. Ideal para visitar la ciudad, cerca del centro y excelentemente comunicado. Perfecto para poder descansar sin el bullicio del centro de la ciudad.

Mejor imposible. Una extraordinaria experiencia. Repetiremos seguro.

Ubicación a pie de estación de metro y de tren. Desayuno en la cafetería aparte del buffet libre. Trato inmejorable del personal. Tranquilidad a pesar de su ubicación en zona de fuerte tránsito. Limpieza e instalaciones. Servicio de consigna de equipajes y salón de lectura en la entrada.

En el salón del vestíbulo, se podrían ofrecer más periódicos para lectura (por ejemplo, el ABC, entre otros muchos de lectura frecuente), y algunas revistas más.

La cercanía a la estación de tren y la atención del personal

No me gusto que me toco una cama rota con las tarimas del suelo sobre salidas, tuvieron que cambiarme a otra habitación. Esto me incomodó mucho

Muy buena ubicación aunque un poco caro con relación precio/calidad

Ubicación excelente. Personal muy atento y amable. Limpieza muy adecuada. Hotel moderno pero sin lujos

Perfecto para venir en Tren. Bien en general. Un poco caro.

Al viajar en tren la ubicación es perfecta. Es verdad que después queda un poco lejos de todo, pero bueno, es cuestión de tiempo y de organizarse porque al final con el metro al lado, sin problemas, aunque se tarda en llegar al centro. La habitación está bien de todo sin llegar a ser excepcional.

El precio es un poco caro para estar tan lejos. Además, considero que 13 euros por el desayuno es un poco exagerado. Es verdad que el buffet es completo, pero hay que comer mucho para llegar a los 13 euros ( tampoco son delicatessen, es mas bien industrial aunque se puede comer). Al final lo tienes que coger porque no hay mucho donde elegir en la zona. Ahora, si eres de los de ponerte morado por las mañanas... pero si eres de comer alguna fruta y un café con leche con bollería, sale un poco caro ...

Everything, except there were teenager screaming, banging on doors but they quickly resolved it and we loved staying there the second time and will keep on coming

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, i really enjoyed the service there and everyone was super friendly. The selection of breakfast was thoughtful and amazing. Convenient to go everywhere, and they helped me to book taxis and things. Muchas gracias!

convenient but loud

location at Chamartin station was convenient to train connections and airport train. Fantastic breakfast. Good size room very clean and comfortable. Metro station downstairs with 20 minute or so ride to Sol station and most tourist sights

adjacent to very large and loud nightclub. we were on eighth floor and noise on Saturday night continued until early in the morning. almost impossible to sleep. The room was warm and a/c did little to cool it. Complained about a/c but nothing was changed Shower design without door or curtain almost guaranteed flooding bathroom

Let’s say just ok

Breakfast very poor. I forgot to includ my breakfast and my son’s breakfast when I went I told the man we wanted and he offered me to pay for both ( I was with my 9 years old son) he charged me for two adults breakfasts but he did in a very poor manners a bit rude from my point of view. Breakfast wasn’t good but you don’t know till you go in. After I went to reception to pay my bill and I asked if was the same price for adults and kids and she told me no kids is half price so she changed the bill. The manners the guy had at breakfast ( no about the money that he made mistake ) the way he spoke wasn’t polite

Very good

Rather a corporate hotel, long boring corridors for example. However the rooms were spacious, bed comfortable and very good shower. Location is very good if using Charmatin train station.

The train station and sorrounding area is rather bleak and at times you can hear the rumble of the trains passing (Not like in the film Blues Brothers but noticble nevetheless).

Excellent hotel for short stay in Madrid

excellent location, right on Chamartin station with good train connections to other places in Spain but also well connected to central Madrid via cercanias and tube

There were only two pillows and they were quite thin.
