Зручне розташування біля 1 лінії метро ( 5 хв пішки). Лінія має пряме сполучення з центральною станцією Sol та ж/д вокзалом.

M'ha encantat tot: la comunicació amb el Marcelo des del primer moment ha estat perfecta; les instruccions claríssimes, la resposta a qualsevol pregunta molt ràpida. L'allotjament per a dues persones perfecte; tenia de tot (rentadora, estenedor, forn, nevera, cafetera amb cafès, infusions, etc., torradora, planxa, assecador, aire acondicionat, TV, endolls suficients, estris de cuina, sabó rentavaixelles i de rentadora, tovalloles suficients, etc.) Tot perfecte i cuidat fins a l'últim detall; fins i tot una ampolla de vi de benvinguda. A part, l'apartament tenia terrassa amb taula i cadires. Tot exterior i amb molta llum natural. Ascensor. Genial!

La localisation, bien situé à proximité du métro. La propreté du logement. Boissons chaudes à disposition.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, après avoir signalé le problème, un ventilateur a été prêté mais il faisait vraiment chaud dans l’appartement. Il devait également y avoir un convertible mais problème également, nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser.
