Great staff, great bar and comfy bed. Super clean
Location was a little challenging due to metro works but there is tons around the hotel.

Great helpful staff, especially front desk and house keeping ladies. The room was spacious with big bathroom. Great location for Real Madrid fans and close to metro to and from the airport. Small gym was a nice addition.
Breakfast was just ok for a 4star hotel. At some hour things were lacking. Pastries were often stale. No mugs for tea, just small ones for coffee. Not enough veggies. Rooms might need some renovation. And toilet brush would be nice.

the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and good location
the amount of times i was woken up from my sleep was ridiculous. the walls are so thin you can hear people from the next room and out in the hallway. i was placed in a room right next to what i assume is a cleaning closet and oh my goodness the cleaning ladies would SLAM that door constantly in the morning and talking so loudly. absolutely ruined the stay
