Andrew and Michelle are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable - great hospitality.
The hotel is well-situated, just a short walk to the shops and across from the beach. Free parking is available around the side of the hotel, but the spaces are tight - just something to bear in mind when driving there.
Amazing breakfast! Clean and nice rooms, with tea, coffee and a kettle, and a lovely sea view. I would happily stay here again.

I loved staying at The Beaches because everything was perfect, the owners were on hand to do breakfast every morning which wasn't limited to either a full English or just cereals (as in some B&B's that I've stayed in), they were happy to be of any help that you needed. I would be very happy to stay there next year when I go down again. There was nothing to hate about staying there.

Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly hosts. Family room was fantastic, all together but a dividing wall and door for privacy if needed. Each side had its own tv and bathroom. Oh and a seaview to die for! I would highly recommend this guest house.

Excellent accommodation and extremely reasonably priced for a very clean well equipped room with a lovely sea view across grassed area opposite..breakfast 10/10. If travelling on your own this is the room to book.
