Perfect pity we had to checkout

Easy to get too , lovely and clean , very friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us , even let us leave our cars there after checkout while we walked into town

Great location and lovely clean room.

Well located guesthouse with attentive staff, I loved the size of the room we got - it was spacious and had a lot of light going into it in the morning, giving it a great holiday feel. There was not much of a walk into town and it has an off-license on the same road, meaning that one can get necessities when required. Overall, a comfortable room with plenty of tea/coffee and definitely clean. Will definitely pop in again sometime!

Disappointed as there wasn’t any hot water.

It was clean. Plenty of tea and coffee. Also bottled water and biscuits a nice touch.

Didn’t have hot water in the morning so wasn’t able to have a shower, also it was cold as the heating didn’t come on until 9am.

Comfortable stay

The room was nice and clean and ready to check in early. Parking was ample and easy. Just a short walk to the seafront and convince store just across the road, there were plenty of cafes and takeaways around to. Wifi worked just fine for us… connected our iPad easily but needed some help to set the TV up. Onsite staff helped with this. Cant fault the stay will return in the summer.

Very disappointing. Would definitely not recommend.

Very unsatisfactory check in bordering on rude. Not at all welcoming. Mattresses hard and uncomfortable. Heating not working.

Convenient

Clean room bed very comfortable and shower hot with good pressure. Good parking.

Room very cold, asked if it could be put ion? Host said it was on a timer. TV not working couldn't get any channel's unless i had my own accounts. No hand towel in the bath room. Chewing gum stuck behind the window blind.

for the price it was one of the best rooms i have stayed in.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and signing in was very quick and easy. I liked the addition of a bottle of water to the usual tea and coffee facilities. location is just a few min from the town center. Shower was good. Bed was firm and comfy, I slept great. But i would definitely stay again.

Only small complaint was that the drain in the sink in the room made noise when ever anyone else used a tap.

Such a shame & waste of money

The property was very shabby our room smelt of mould & when we left all our clothes & bags smelt of damp mould from the room

Bed linen/quilt was damp :( No towel replacement (2night stay) Not enough toilet roll, had to buy. Room was not cleaned Rough area

The room was spacious and comfortable everything was clean plenty of tea and coffee in the room and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, the couple that welcomed us were very friendly they explained they had only just opened was very satisfied with our stay free parking and we could leave the car after we checked out for awhile which was Brilliant

I booked a single room at the last minute due to a change in circumstances, and in my haste assumed it would be en suite, which it wasn't - my own fault really (but a nightmare as I hadn't packed for nocturnal public bathroom visits etc). They upgraded me for almost nothing which was very kind and I had a nice stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I think this is a new venture; everything was immaculate and newly painted - but please get a doorbell or put up a "knock loudly" sign on the front door for panicking fools like me! Very best wishes for future success and thank you.

Clean, Comfortable and spacious accommodation.We had a lovely time away, short walk to the beach and shops

Very clean and spacious, helpful gentleman on the front desk. We booked the 2 family rooms for our family of 6. A huge bed in each room and a large single bed. Bathroom (toilet, basin and shower) in each room and small kitchenette (sink, fridge with small freezer compartment, cupboards)(take your own cutlery, plates etc). Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Plenty of sets of drawers for clothes, a dresser, desk and 2 chairs in each room.

No negatives. I wasn’t expecting to have a kitchen sink, fridge, cupboards (bonus and very useful to us). As there is a kitchenette area a few items of cutlery and maybe some bowls/plates/glasses. There is a small window by the kitchenette area, a small blind could be useful to make the room darker at night. Not negatives at all, just ideas. Thank you so much for having us. We will be back again.
