Room was clean and spacious . Staff were very friendly. Very limited breakfast options and the hallway smelled funny but overall a great experience

I most start by saying that the location of this hotel is perfect.
The crow you find is very nice and educated , which important for my family and I.
Now I like to express my discomfort. When I arrived on Friday night , the front desk agent
gave us a king sides bed, I had made reservations for multiple beds.
When I called her from the room and explained to her that my son was coming to stay that we needed 2 beds , she just advised to have him sleep in the sofa ( not acceptable, my reservation was for multiple beds , explained to her that the last 2 times he stay and slept in the sofa was very uncomfortable. Tiffany told me that because the reservation was through a third party (Expedia , it was ok to make changes to it. She did not care!
Next morning I went to the front desk and a gentleman name Rowland Hudson to my surprise took care of the situation and transferred us to a a room with 2 queen beds as I had reserved. To me he was excellent and really made things better,
I was ready to never comeback. He deserves a 5 star for costumer services and problem solving.
The room was very pleasant and clean that also deserves a 5 star .
