The room was a good size

I was told there was a restaurant and there was none, the breakfast staff were very rude, there higine was very poor, the staff at the front desk wouldn't even say hello to you not an hotel that I would recommend to anyone, will never go back

The Lobby had a smell like an old building. However, everything was great.

All in all, we had a nice stay.

This was a trip to see family. so being close to family members was a major plus. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

The only complaint I have is the price. we would really want to visit with our family frequently. The Royal Regency is a place we’d like to stay for comfort and cleanliness. But for $181 a night, it seems pretty steep.

Delightful ambience, pleasant staff...definitely first choice when in the area again

The check-in was a breeze... very friendly staff, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Breakfast was exceptional. I was delightfully surprised at the quality of the preparation. Nicely presented and sumptuous!

The elevator is slow...... I just made use of the stairs to get my exercise in for the days

room cleaning lady talking real dirty in the hallway, black lady , also you pay in full with your credit card to find out you have to pay $ 50 deposit at the hotel
