Beautiful view of the city, clean/spacious rooms, helpful staff. Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour. Would stay again!

I had a fabulous room with a terrace with view of the harbour. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, near to the ships/ferries and near to a bus to the airport.
