The hotel is wonderfully located on the lake with beautiful views of Tatra mountains and the valley. The dinner menu and ambiance were exceptional. Staff was very professional and helpful

The mountain view is breathtaking and one of a kind. Beautiful, well maintained and clean property. Amazing pool!

The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the money, few other options in the area probably better. Over priced with less amenity . Not to mention , the spa receptionist did have much of decency . If you don’t speak Slovak , look somewhere else.
