I’m taking the time to write this review to commend all the staff at The Ferra Premier.
It was me and my partner’s 2nd time in Boracay (May 2026) and we were lucky enough to find this hotel via Expedia. Aside from the beautiful amenities from pictures of previous reviews, I noticed that the staff’s hospitality is always mentioned. And that’s exactly what they proved to us, too during our stay.
What we loved about Ferra:
✔️ Proximity to D-Mall and Bulabog Beach, about a 5-10 minute walk
✔️ Close enough to the popular destinations but not located in the busiest areas where it tends to be overcrowded, noisy, and overwhelming
✔️ Super smooth and easy check-in. We didn’t have to call prior to arrival
✔️ Easy access to clean, drinking water. They have a water dispenser in the dining area
✔️ Cleanliness and neatness of the room. We paid a little extra for the loft and it was 100% worth it. They also replenished amenities daily
✔️ Staff’s ability to quickly respond to requests and resolve concerns. We had a slight wi-fi issue on our last 2 days but they immediately sent their IT personnel to fix it
✔️ All the staff, from the front office, maintenance personnel, housekeeping, and the guards, were just so welcoming and friendly throughout
P.S. we weren’t able to try their food but I hear it’s good!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did a boat tour that was recommended and we loved it! The free breakfast was delicious. They welcomed us with warm smiles and complimentary beverage. D mall is only a 5 minute walk and there is a beach around the corner from the hotel that is not as crowded.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating , access to sister hotel is a big plus a it has a bigger pool and on the roof deck. The rooms are nice and big enough for 4 adults . Food is delicious and reasonably priced
