Accessible to the beach.
The bathroom is small but not really an issue since I am a small person.

Staffs are welcoming and friendly. The bed is very comfy. The location is accessible to everything in Boracay.
The building is old but not really an issue. Blinds don't really prevent the outside lights to come inside the room, we needed to put towels just to make the room dark during our sleep.

Easy access to D'Mall. Many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. They will greet you everytime they'll see you. Room is big. Bathroom is big.

I like that the staff are polite and kind.
I can hear all noises inside the room even the staff speaking from the outside.
I can hear the sound of the band playing from the beach.
