I thought the check in experience could’ve been a lot more pleasant. I get the desk clerk was new, but he has no customer service skills. Not very welcoming. I loved the room.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The only down side was a planned overnight power outage that we were told about as we checked in. Would have been nice if this information was made availableprior to booking. Since both of us use CPAP machines, this created a problem for sleeping.
