I was in unit two, very clean with a nice balcony. The only downfall was there is no sink in the bathroom or a place to put toiletries and there was not a chair in the room.. the first night I was there. The smoke alarm battery was going and maintenance. Repaired it right away very helpful and friendly staff.

The only difficulty is the stairs for elderly people. The access from Ann Street is helpful but the stair railing should go all the way to the street. I would recommend a quality control person check every room to evaluate maintenance.

Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city.
