So friendly and professional staff that help us to settle in on a short booking after we get scammed at B&B Cavallotti that made us pretty much homeless in a completely new environment and after a rough day of travel due to a 1-day train strike in Italy

Clean room. Friendly and available staff. In the Economy Quadruple room, some beds did not have outlets near by but there are plenty around the room. Close to grocery stores, Italian and Chinese restaurants, and the train station for a cheap and fast ride into the Venice lagoon.

The room was not cleaned properly, and there was dirty underwear left from the previous guests underneath the clothing rack. which was gross to see. The staff, however, was really sweet and tried to support us as much as they could. It was a scary location to be in at night.
