Host was very friendly and helpful. The showers had the best water pressure of all the hotels we’ve stayed at (4 stays) so far on this vacation. The breakfast was also the best. Two thumbs up!

The hotel is designed as a cave similar to the Sassi of Matera. It is adjacent to the Sassi caves allowing you to easily walk there. They have a terrace overlooking the site. There are large sitting areas in the lobby with all the rooms entering off those areas.

Property was walking distance to dinning and all attractions. We didn’t get the room that was shown. Not well stocked washrooms and rooms were pretty basic.
Beds were ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. This one lady helped us do our laundry and even hung them to dry in spite of telling her we’ll collect the laundry on our return. Our room was just next to the road outside and was noisy at times. Other than that our stay was pleasant.
