Very nice place. The door to the bathroom was getting stuck in our room. Otherwise it was great.

Our stay at this hotel was nice. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and the bathtub were also very comfortable and relaxing. We experienced a few issues with the power, but apparently the power went out for the whole hotel. The high tea was just okay. The breakfast was nice. The spa was amazing and highly recommend it.
My main feedback is to provide better training for the employees when dealing with guests. For instance, when answering the phone, when talking via WhatsApp, etc. The employees would mis understand what I said and would go and do something instead of confirming. Or they would interrupt while I’m trying to tell them something. Or they wouldn’t answer the phone.
Overall, an okay stay.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, good amenities. Moha provided great service in the restaurant and Bharti was very helpful.
The hotel has a large deck but unfortunately never got the sun.
Breakfast was very good!

Such a great spot. Felt so taken care of by the staff. They were so accommodating and everything felt so luxurious.
