Smooth check in.
Mattress hard.
Drapes unhooked from rod.
Fried eggs too done.
Room clean, shower good, nice toiletries and blow drier.

Staff was not helpful or friendly other than Monet who went above and beyond. We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast had minimal offerings. Overall not a great stay.

Everyone was very kind. They made sure we had what we needed. We were able to rest in our clean room. The beds were comfortable and there was enough pillows! Breakfast was very good.
