This property has a great location, near major subways, restaurants, and the Historic Cultural & Design Center!
Though the rooms' tiny sqm floor plan felt cramp in relation to bed, table, fridge and bathroom, the bed was comfortable enough that I got the necessary 7 to 8 hours sleep. The sink-shower combo took me to figure out, but it was worked well. Fast wifi is a great benefit when working.
The staff were excellent. They were respectful and responsive to requests for cleaning needs.

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this place - it is conveniently located, and very quiet. There’s a speakeasy bar on the next block, which I really enjoyed. Positives are clean room, comfortable bed, and location. Kitchener was just outside of the room door, but microwaves were on the first floor so it was not very accessible. On the pictures it looks like they have a rooftop, but that’s only available for the suite on the 4th floor - I wish it was specifically mentioned that here, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get up there to take a view of the city. Communication could be better - it was very nice of them to move my luggage from the storage to the room, but they didn’t tell me anything about it, so when I came back close to the check in time, and opened the storage and saw my luggage gone, I almost had a panick attack. They could have sent me check in code sooner too. I liked how easy it was to check out - you could just leave since it’s all code based access. Room is pretty small so I wouldn’t recommend for a couple traveling, but if it’s a solo traveler, it is a good spot to sleep and shower.
