Exceptional stay from check-in to checkout.
Azaat (not too sure on the spelling :) )from Kazakhstan at reception was amazing — she noticed from my sons ID at check-in that it was his birthday.
By the time we reached our room, there was a little surprise waiting for our birthday boy: a cake and balloons. Truly going above and beyond, and that kind of attention to detail is what makes a stay genuinely memorable. Thank you, Smith, for the cake and balloons!
The bellmen, Peter and Daniel, were also exceptional.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfy.
Breakfast was something to really look forward to — everything was delicious, and the avocado toast with endless guacamole was the icing on top.
A truly exceptional property, made even better by its delightful staff. We'll definitely be back.

The pool was lovely and the beach clean and inviting. The spa was an amazing experience and the atmosphere relaxing and peaceful. The staff in every area of the resort were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

There is no bar in the hotel unless you want to be in a Russian controlled karaoke bar....this place really lets the hotel down. There's nowhere else to have a drink in the evening.
