Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing.
This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area.

I loved my stay here I highly recommend this place.The staff was excellent and friendly everytime you come in or out your greet you with a smile.This property has a pool table for the guest.A lounge where you can to sit and relax and a work corner where you can sit with your computer to work.Breakfast was great!! Parking is not a problem.The property is well kept outstanding I must say.I will definitely will stay here again.
